Kelvin Heights

An outlying suburb of Queenstown, sitting on the sunny side of Lake Wakitipu.

Kelvin Heights, also known as Kelvin Peninsula, is known for it’s sunny aspect, grand homes and a well-established golf course. It is one of the most expensive suburbs in New Zealand to buy a house in and has a number of exclusive holiday homes available for rental.

There is also a walking / biking trail that runs around the lake connecting Queenstown itself with Kelvin Heights and the Frankton Arm section of Lake Wakatipu.
